The classic fame system is good. Classic never fails.
I know everybody is greedy for fame but from my point of view +10 / -10 is more than enough. Too many numbers will just mess up the ranking. This is not a hardcapped server or a "30 days life server" where you can see 4 BARS everywhere.
A softcapped server fits with normal fame system. 2 BARS should have value. This should mean something.

I like +15/-10 or +10/-5 that way it keeps the fame rates low but also people are still gaining and not all losing fame, especially for the support class since they always get targeted first

Yeaaah I vote for +10/-15. Where is that option?
I should probably clarify that this is coming from a player who always play support chars.
Ideally the system should be rewritten completely to take several factors into account, but that is something I doubt I´ll ever see in RYL.
Reasoning behind this:
Quite simply, if the loss of fame on death was greater than the increase when killing you´d have fame actually mean something. Getting a 2:1 K/D ratio in RYL isn´t hard, even as a support char.

think. If +20 per kill, mean +10 for 2pl in pt and most player prefer to solo all time. So lets see 5 member = +10 each player. 6 = +11 till the max 10 player = +15 . this.
