I voted for first option " Low Drop Rate/ Low EXP Rate" and here are my personal reasons; the " history of RYL" shows clearly that these low-rate types of servers have survived alot and their names spreaded among the world of RYL players ( i bet every player knows at leats 2-3 examples) "Hard life " servers will always bring the " PRO category" of RYL players because they want a challenge and they are ready to work hard for their character in order " to became famous" Low EXP rate means team-working & parties; who doesn't like that ? The most important thing in a LOW-RATE SERVER is the POPULATION. Newbie players will not join if there is not a " constant wave " of new players to level with.

I voted for option 4 bc low rate servers must have awsome population or will never make it over a month. I miss the pote days aswell but IMO I don't think we will ever see populations like that again.

I voted for low exp and low drop rate. Because I don't want people to get way ahead of other players that don't know how to play like other good players and get behind to far. This is all about teamwork, friends and alot of time. I hope this server will survive for years to come and that there are always events and customization's for people. All in all I hope this will be a great success

That 1 vote(#2) is mine. No bitching but I'd love to see people trade something each other and make in-game economy alive.
Incomplete skills, B++ items, less potions... Oh, using goddamn bacon during PvP... That's what I call "SC".

As someone who has MAX 1-2 hours to dedicate to gaming a day, I'm not excited to see all these people voting for low rates. I believe the game should be fun, of course, but grinding 1 hour for .01% xp at level 7x or whatever doesn't sound like a good time to me. IMO, max level AND items should be achieved in no more than 100hrs in-game. Based off my time, that would equal to ~2 months of work for me - I don't know about you guys, but that sounds a hell of a lot more reasonable than working 1 YEAR PLUS to get max level and items. Yes, I have played PotE (was in Iveria w/ valhalla before I left), and just like you guys, I DO remember how fun that was grinding mobs for hours on end bullshitting on ventrilo, BUT now that I'm a little older I just simply don't have the time for 4hr grinds in one sitting anymore. Obviously, this is just my opinion, but isn't that what you're asking for? I hope you play with the rates around a little bit. In a perfect world, we should have enough materials farmed already by the time we reach max level to get our items ready for PVP. So as soon as we hit lvl 100 or whatever max is, we hit the blacksmith with our resources and smith until maxed, and PVPVPVPVP! Obviously we don't want people with max everything in 1 day, but let's not make that reachable ONLY after 1 year + playing 10 hrs a day, please

So as soon as we hit lvl 100 or whatever max is, we hit the blacksmith with our resources and smith until maxed, and PVPVPVPVP! Totally disagreed. If you have played POTE with Valhalla, you propably played RYL2 Fusion too, am I right? Despite having max level characters, we were still farming for B+ items, potions, skill books, metals and gems in a spot where appeared as "red" on game map. It was totally hell until 88 but once we reached to 88 level (it took 3 week by 8 hour playing per day), I was able to party with 100 levels (those who were farming) and they gave a hand to me and power-leveling followed (it took 1.5 hour to get level 100). Was it was done intentionally or by chance? I don't know but it was really brilliant system for me. I could barely see the Blacksmith in RYL2 Fusion but everyone else was same so it didn't matter at all.

And server death in month, great idea.

That was me on my bro's account posting. Well, it appears as everyone has lots of time on their hands. So good luck with your server, and see you all in the next one as well

Think we need to Clarify how low the Rates will be on low exp rates and low drop rates with admin Low exp rates can still very a bunch what are we talking about for the nolifer/casual gamer. 2 weeks to cap, 1month to cap, 3months to cap, or 6months to cap, exc. Same with the drop rates as above they can all very depending on what admin thinks as low and moderate
i like low drop rates and moderate exp(like 2weeks to 90or100 then another week to the cap in my opinion that way it takes about 3weeks of hardcore gaming to lv this all being solo leveling with party it should be less)
but i voted moderate drops/exp only because i think it has a higher chance of beating the lower rates poll(since it has more votes)
